Centre Stage Performing Arts – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child at Centre Stage Performing Arts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure the smooth, safe, and professional running of our school.

1. Enrolment & Re-enrolment

  • Enrolment is ongoing and automatically continues each term unless we are notified in writing with one month’s notice.
  • Should you wish to withdraw your child from a class, at least one full calendar month’s notice must be given via email. Fees will remain due until notice is received.
  • If you do not give notice, you may be charged for the following month regardless of attendance.

2. Fees & Payments

  • Class fees are collected by monthly subscription on the 1st of each month.
  • Fees are non-refundable, including for missed classes, illness, holidays, or school closures beyond our control.
  • A covering payment may be added to align your subscription start date with our billing cycle.
  • Payment must be maintained to secure your child’s space in class. Non-payment may result in your child’s place being cancelled and offered to another student.

3. Uniform Policy

  • Students may attend for one full term before being required to purchase the official uniform.
  • Uniform orders are available via our website. Proper uniform must be worn consistently once the trial period is over.

4. Health & Safety

  • Students must not attend class if they are unwell, particularly if symptoms are contagious.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all contact, emergency, and medical information is kept up to date via the Class4Kids platform.
  • Centre Stage Performing Arts is not responsible for any injury sustained during class unless due to negligence.
  • Please ensure children arrive and are collected promptly and safely.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Centre Stage has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour.
  • We reserve the right to remove a child from class or the school if their behaviour negatively impacts others or breaches our code of conduct.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, and performances for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
  • By enrolling, you give consent for your child to be included unless you notify us in writing.

7. Communication

  • All communication will be sent via email or through the Class4Kids platform.
  • It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to check emails regularly and ensure contact details are current.

8. Missed Classes

  • Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over.
  • In some cases, a makeup class may be offered at the discretion of the school, subject to availability.

9. Class Changes & Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to:
  • Merge or cancel classes due to circumstances outwith our control.
  • Provide substitute teachers if needed.
  • Make timetable adjustments at any point during the term.

10. Agreement

By enrolling at Centre Stage Performing Arts, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and support a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all students and staff.
