Centre Stage will take pictures and videos in class from time to time for fun and promotional uses. We require consent to photograph/video your child during any CSPA classes & events. Should you not permit your child to take part in CSPA photographs or videos (this includes our bi-annual show) you must inform your child of this to ensure they know to speak with a team member whenever photography/videography takes place around them. These pictures may also be used in our sister companies - CSPA Events and CSPA Occasions.
Centre Stage Subscription fees are taken on the 1st of every month.
Re-enrolment for the next term of classes is completed automatically by the subscription payment made through Class4Kids on the 1st of every month. This payment will continue until you give 30days written notice via email to info@centrestageperformingarts.com.
If you wish to cancel, you are required to give us 30days notice to cancel your subscription. This means if you make a request to cancel your subscription on the 15th of the month, it will be cancelled on the following 15th of the month - therefore you will make one subscription payment after the cancellation on the 1st, as this is within the 30day policy. No further tuition will be carried out from date of cancellation.
There is a 10% charge for using Direct Debit. This is included in your subscription Plan.
Centre Stage holds the right to add a covering payment to new students who begin lessons before making their first payment and for existing students making changes to their current subscription. This will be prorated and added to your first payment. The following month will revert to the normal price. In all instances of a Covering Payment or Subscription Price Change customers will be informed via email.
Centre Stage do not issue refunds for any missed class due to your own circumstances or for cancelled/missed sessions due to uncontrollable factors e.g. adverse weather/natural disasters.
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain payments for their child's dance lessons as their place will be forfeited and offered to someone else on the waiting list if payments are not kept up to date.
No refunds will be given for Holiday Camps or Workshops. Final sale.
Centre Stage are not responsible for any loss, damage to personal items, or injury during the class.
Dancers should not take part in classes if they are ill. CSPA reserves the right to refuse entry, or ask a students to leave mid class, if they reasonably believe the child not fit or well enough to participate in class. These classes will be forfeited without compensation. CSPA does not accept liability for any infections/illness passed from dancer to dancer.
Centre Stage reserve the right to remove anyone from our class, without refund, who is found bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change.
You must keep your contact details and emergency contact details up to date should we need to use them.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
Centre Stage allow students to attend ONE term before committing to purchasing the full uniform.
