Acro Associates Programme

Our Acro Associates Programme brings together passionate acro dancers of all ages for an intensive, technique-focused training experience. Held on 8 selected Sundays per year, this programme offers dedicated coaching across all forms of acrobatic dance, including tumbling, balances, flexibility, strength, and partner work.

Designed to complement weekly classes, the Associates Programme provides a deeper focus on progressive skill development in a supportive, collaborative environment. Dancers work alongside others from different age groups and levels, fostering inspiration, community, and a shared love of acro.
